General Servers
General Servers provide services such as heating and serving hors d'oeuvres and setting up a buffet. They will replenish the buffet and keep the service area tidy, remove used plates, glassware, utensils and clean up the kitchen before they leave.
If staff is needed longer the day of the event, there is a $10.00 per hour, per person increase to the regular hourly rate.. All parties or events have a four hour minimum.

New Years Eve, New Years Day
Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th,
Labor Day, Thanksgiving,
Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.
Specialized Servers
We provide a variety of custom services such as serving a sit-down dinner, designing buffet tables, arranging food on platters, slicing or carving meats and cutting and serving wedding cake. For the best possible service, please describe your needs to us in detail.

You provide the food and NJ Wait Staff! will provide you with experienced, skilled personnel who will accomplish food-related tasks at your party or event.
For the most efficient and professional service possible, we recommend that you hire one (1) food server for every 20-25 invited guests.
